SUSTAINABILITY FEE

All services will incur a small fee of $3 put towards our sustainability efforts.

TRAVEL

Our team of stylists are happy to travel to your location for an additional fee. This includes international weddings, such as those in Bali.

EXTENSION ENQUIRIES

We offer complimentary appointments for all clients who are curious about hair extensions. This 30 – 45 minute appointment will help answer all questions and establish which hair extension will be best suited for the client. Prices may vary between hair system and hair qualities. Please note a deposit to hold this appointment is also required, but will be refunded should the client decide to not go ahead with the extensions.​

CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit is taken upon making all appointments. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation/ rescheduling notice prior to your appointment. All deposits are non refundable. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration.
