Our ethos towards sustainability shapes all that we do at CiNCO. We proudly recycle 95% of our waste, have an off-site worm farm, plant trees to offset our salon emissions, recycle our water whenever possible, and are working towards being completely carbon neutral.

About the Founder – Kendall Drake
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With over 18 years in the hair industry, Kendall Drake founded CiNCO Hair Boutique in 2018 with a vision to redefine hairdressing in her hometown of Busselton. Driven by a passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating a high-end salon experience, Kendall has elevated the local industry, positioning CiNCO as the South West’s premier destination for luxury hairdressing, modern styling, and an elevated salon experience.
Kendall is also deeply committed to mentoring her team and inspiring the next generation of stylists while setting new benchmarks of excellence in the industry nationally.
