Our ethos towards sustainability shapes all that we do at CiNCO. We proudly recycle 95% of our waste, have an off-site worm farm, plant trees to offset our salon emissions, recycle our water whenever possible, and are working towards being completely carbon neutral.

Kendall Drake

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

With 16 years in the hair industry, Kendall was inspired to create the CiNCO brand from scratch in 2018. With a focus on sustainability and the evolution of the hair industry, Kendall takes great pride in teaching future generations of hair stylists and keeping her team motivated to achieve excellence.

We pride ourselves on being a salon that gives back. Our team regularly plant trees to offset the carbon emissions we produce, have a worm farm off-site and recycle water used as well as 95% of our salon waste. We are also proud partners of the McGrath Foundation, a charity that supports women with breast cancer and regularly raise money for this organisation.
