Install Membership
We understand that getting extensions for the first time can feel like a pretty big financial commitment - that's why we've created this install membership to make payments more achievable. Opt to pay weekly or fortnightly, enabling you to pay off your extensions at a pace that suits your budget.

Maintenance Membership
Extensions require ongoing maintenance to keep them looking stunning as they do on day one of the install, such as retightening and cutting as your hair grows out. Our Maintenance Membership enables you to paying in weekly or fortnightly instalments of your choice to keep these in between visits more convenient (and budget-friendly).
SUSTAINABILITY FEE
All services will incur a small fee of $3 put towards our sustainability efforts.
EXTENSION ENQUIRIES
We offer consultation appointments for all clients who are curious about hair extensions. This 30 – 40 minute appointment will help answer all questions and establish which hair extension system will be best suited for the client. Prices may vary between hair systems. Please note a deposit to hold this appointment is also required and is non refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is taken upon making all appointments. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation/ rescheduling notice prior to your appointment. All deposits are non refundable. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration.
