A: We are a team of perfectionists here at Cinco Hair Boutique . This level of quality takes time, and that time depends on what service you are having. Generally colour appointments that include a cut and blow-dry are approximately 3-4 hours. You could be with us for 2 hours, and it could be up to 4-5. We promise it’ll be worth it. Please be mindful of this when you are booking and provide us with as much information as you can.

A: At Your Salon?
You can park along Napoleon Promanade or Coles car park.

A: Of course! We want to talk about your ideas and where you want to take your hair. We want to share our expertise. We want to bring your hair dreams to reality! But, it’s important that we trust each other, and that we discuss expectations around what can be achieved and how we’ll approach it, so come and see us for a free 15 minute consultation. product line to use at home, or have specific needs for a salon or spa treatment, we are always available to answer your questions.

A: We have an automated text confirmation system. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation text 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, please feel free to contact the salon via phone to confirm.

A: In the event that you are unable to make your booking, we kindly ask that you provide the salon with more than 48 hours’ notice. If you are running late, please be advised that we may not be able to perform your complete service. Please appreciate that our salon operates according to strict timing to ensure our scheduled appointments run to time.

A: Yes absolutely! Please kindly note we have a 10 day notification policy if you would like to adjust something about your hair. We do not offer refunds. A consultation would be required to ensure enough time is booked out for any correction and is free of charge.

A: Each client’s hair takes differently to colour so we can provide you with an estimate, however it may not be accurate. If you do not have any artificial dye in your hair then we can usually achieve your desired colour in the first session. However, if you have coloured your hair recently (in particular home dye’s) then we may need to cleanse your hair first to pull any strong colours. Alternatively if your hair is damaged then we may need to do 2 or 3 sessions of colour to maintain the integrity of your hair to prevent breakage.

A: Colour build up is any artificial dye that has been placed on your hair. Until that hair has completely grown out it is likely that it will remain on the hair and can affect the colour outcome. Some clients it will take up to a hair to achieve a complete colour removal. When cleansing colour your hair will got through various stages of colours, you may see red, orange, brassiness and copper. Once you have your first colour correction appointment we can usually give you a rough timeline for your colour in the future.

A: Yes we do use Olaplex at our salon as an additional cost. Our Olaplex treatments range between $40-$80. If you are interested in using Olaplex with your colour then please alert your stylist during your consult or when you make your booking so we can allow additional time for your appointment.

A: Yes we do extensions at our salons. All extension clients are required to have a consult at least 5-7 days prior to your booking to allow adequate time for the correct colours and hair extensions systems to arrive.

A: We always try to do our best to accommodate our guests in every way we can.

However if we feel uncomfortable in a way. Or a new or existing guest is rude to any of our team or another guest you may be refused service or asked to leave.

We will not tolerate any disrespectful behaviour and have no problem refusing your business.

A: Yes we are passionate about achieving quality service. If you have had a great CiNCO experience let us know and we will pass it on to our staff.If you haven’t had a great experience please let us know too so we can take steps to resolve this to you satification. Your comments on your CiNCO experience will be discussed with our management team and used for training and improvement process.

Please also be aware that if your email or phone call is disrespectful to any team members or rude we will disregard your email/call and you will most likely not get what you were after.

A: When you book an appointment with our hair boutique, you will be asked to provide your credit card details for a deposit. In the event that you are unable to make your booking, we kindly ask that you provide the salon with more than 48 hours’ notice. Should you fail to contact the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this notice period, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note, deposit amount will vary depending on service.

Deposit for Style Service: $50

Deposit for Colour Service: $100

Deposit for Combined Style & Colour Service: $100

All Other Appointments: $15-20 depending on the service

If you arrive at your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will simply be deducted from your overall service charge.

If you are running late, please be advised that we may not be able to perform your complete service. Please appreciate that our salon operates according to strict timing to ensure our scheduled appointments run to time.

Owner Kendall has 5 members in her family, and when we opened the salon we had 5 chairs. ‘Cinco’ means 5 in spanish, which was a nod to Kendall’s travels throughout South America.
